Event Details

Join us for a movie matinee from 2:00 – 4:30 pm.  Each month we’ll enjoy a classic featuring a theme such as Hollywood couples, film noir, screwball comedies, famous last movies, seasonal gems, or Star of the Month. Light snacks and beverages will be served.  Registration is requested.  Movies take place on the 2nd Monday of each month.  Snacks and beverages at 2:00 pm and the movie starts at 2:15 pm.

July Movie: Happy 101 birthday to the lovely Eva Marie Saint born on the fourth of July!  We’re watching her searing film debut alongside Marlon Brando and Karl Malden, On the Waterfront (1954). This gritty drama about union control on the New Jersey docks explores morality, courage, and redemption.  Saint earned an Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress.
