Join us for a movie matinee from 2:00 – 4:30 pm. Each month we’ll enjoy a classic featuring a theme such as Hollywood couples, film noir, screwball comedies, famous last movies, seasonal gems, or Star of the Month. Light snacks and beverages will be served. Registration is requested. Movies take place on the 2nd Monday of each month. Snacks and beverages at 2:00 pm and the movie starts at 2:15 pm.
June Movie: Celebrating its 65th anniversary, we’re watching The Apartment (1960), directed by Billy Wilder and starring Shirley MacLaine, Jack Lemmon, and Fred MacMurray. The film won five Academy Awards, including Best Picture and is a classic romantic dramedy about a lonely office worker who falls in love.
