The back-to-school season is the perfect time to enjoy the original Goodbye, Mr. Chips (1939). The movie premiered 85 years ago and stars Robert Donat and Greer Garson, in her film debut. Donat beat out Clark Gable, Jimmy Stewart, and Laurence Olivier to take home the Oscar® for his role as a lonely schoolteacher and headmaster at a British boys school.
Snacks and beverages are available beginning at 2:00 p.m. and the movie starts at approximately 2:15 pm.
