Book Club meets the first Wednesday of each month at 2:00pm.

For the month of August, we will be reading A land more kind than home by Wiley Cash.
Quick Summary: The novel takes place in rural North Carolina during the 1980s. The story centers on the tragic events told through the perspectives of three narrators: nine-year-old Jess Hall, his mute older brother Stump, and Adelaide Lyle, a local midwife.

Copies are available at the Circulation desk a month prior to the event.
