Mobile Mammogram

For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a 3-D Mobile Mammogram Van will be here on-site for scans for your convenience.  Services provided by Roseland Community Hospital.   

Once you register you will have to come to the library to pick up all the necessary registration forms.  

Registration and completed forms must be submitted by October 3.  

Limit: 12.  Cost: Submitted through your insurance.
