Wanna grow your own veggies this summer for a delicious salad?  Come listen to a presentation from master gardener Bill Karges on The A to Z of Growing Great Vegetables (come early at 12:00 pm and attend our cookbook club).  Bill has a B.A. of Science in Botany and Seech and enjoys talking about all aspects of plants.  Bill was the head gardener at Luurs Garden Shoppe for nearly 50 years and continues to work locally.  Audience participation is encouraged.
